At The French Thistle we provide a wide variety of beautiful traditional and contemporary fabrics and trims.  We reupholster and build custom sofas and chairs.  We make custom pillows, cushions and provide custom cornices, slipcovers and bedding.  There are many beautiful one of a kind accessories, antiques and furniture along with ideas for custom lampshades here to inspire you.

Fabrics
If needed we assist our customers extensively at The French Thistle with expert design ideas in color and form for all home interior decorating needs. We have a staff that will coordinate fabrics to help in the process of decision making.

Upholstery
Our in-house experienced upholsterers will transform your old furniture with a new custom look. We also build custom headboards and custom design to your specifications. We pick up and deliver in Roanoke, Vinton, Salem and Botetourt County.

Cushions, Pillows, and Slipcovers
We are excited to offer a whole range of different designs and ideas for cushions and pillows both traditional and contemporary. We recover those faded outdoor cushions or we can create new ones. Also, that favorite chair or sofa can be covered with one of our fabulous slipcovers.

Cornices
We have in-house fabricators who will create beautiful cornices for you. We come and measure and install to insure complete satisfaction.
